Who handles your information
Studio Virya operates this website and is responsible for the personal information collected through it. Sneha handles privacy questions and grievances on behalf of Studio Virya.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and project brief. Your phone number, project type and site location are optional. Please do not include identity documents, financial information or other sensitive details in your brief.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to respond, understand your project and arrange a conversation. We do not use the form as a marketing subscription. The form asks for your permission before sending your details.
Where enquiries go
The website is hosted on Netlify. Enquiries are stored in Netlify Forms and a notification is sent to the Studio Virya Gmail inbox. Netlify uses Akismet to filter submissions for spam. These services process the enquiry and related technical information to deliver and protect the form. Processing may take place outside India.
Technical information
Hosting and form services may process IP addresses, request times and security logs. The website currently has no advertising or optional analytics tracker. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts and receives the connection information needed to load them.
How long enquiries are kept
Our retention target for enquiries that do not become projects is 12 months after the last conversation. Enquiries are reviewed and cleared after 12 months through a manual review by the studio. Records connected to an ongoing project, a dispute or a legal requirement may need to be kept longer. This applies to both form records and emailed copies; it is not an automatic deletion feature.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information, or withdraw permission for further handling of it. Contact Sneha using the address below and provide enough information to identify your enquiry. We will explain if any information needs to be retained for an ongoing project or legal reason.
